What we do
Vouch is a recruiting service. We find candidates for companies that are hiring and introduce the two. Candidates are never charged. Companies pay a placement fee, and only if someone they met through us signs an offer.
The fee
10% of the hire's first-year base salary, invoiced when the offer is signed and payable within 30 days of their start date. There is no retainer, no fee to open a role, and no charge for a search that does not result in a hire.
Replacement guarantee
If a placed candidate leaves or is let go within 90 days of starting, we will run the search again at no further cost, or refund the fee. The company chooses which.
No accounts
Candidates and companies never need an account: joining the pool is a short form and hiring starts with an email. The only sign-in is for the Vouch team, who use it to keep each client's shortlist up to date.
Being straight with each other
We will describe candidates to companies accurately and describe roles to candidates accurately, including the parts that are awkward. We ask the same of you. Materially misrepresenting experience, or a role, ends the relationship.
Stopping
Either side can stop at any time, with no notice and no penalty. Email talent@sawapredictions.com. A fee already owed on a signed offer still stands.
