What we collect
If you join the candidate pool, two things: your email address and the LinkedIn profile link you give us. That is the whole form. If you email us about hiring, we hold whatever you chose to put in that email. There is no account to create, no CV upload, and no tracking pixel on this site.
Why we collect it
So a person can get in touch with you about a role. That is the only use. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Where it goes
Submissions are delivered by email to talent@sawapredictions.com through Resend, our email provider, and read by the Vouch team. We do not currently keep them in any other system. No company sees your details until you have agreed to be put forward for a specific, named role.
Automated decisions
None today. Every submission is read by a person. If we later introduce automated screening or ranking, we will update this page before we turn it on, not after.
Cookies
This site sets none. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts, nothing stored in your browser. That is why there is no cookie banner asking you to accept anything. If we ever add analytics, we will say so here first and ask properly.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your details until you ask us not to. Email talent@sawapredictions.com and we will delete them within one business day and confirm that we have. You can also ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
