Does it cost me anything?
No. Companies pay our fee on a signed offer. Nothing comes out of your salary, your equity, or your signing bonus, and there is no charge for joining the pool.
Will my current employer find out?
No. We never share your profile with a company without asking you first, by name, for that specific role. You can also block specific companies from ever seeing you.
How often will you contact me?
Only when we have a role we genuinely think you would take. For most people that is a handful of times a year. You can set it to quieter, or pause entirely, at any time.
I am not looking right now. Should I still join?
That is the best time to join. The matching runs in the background, so when something unusually good opens up you hear about it instead of missing it.
What kinds of roles do you work on?
Engineering, product, design, data, and go-to-market — senior individual contributor through executive, mostly at venture-backed companies in the US and Europe.
How do I get out?
Reply to any message and ask, or email us. We delete your profile within a day and confirm when it is done.
