An AI headhunting agency

Your next great hire,
already shortlisted.

Sawa is an AI headhunting agency. We run the whole search — sourcing, outreach, screening — and hand you a ranked shortlist. You only pay when someone signs.

No retainer. No platform fee. You pay when someone signs.

How Sawa works

01

Brief us once, we run the search

No software to adopt, no sourcing team to build. Tell us the role and the bar. We open it, work it, and come back with people ready to interview.

02

10% of salary, only on a signed offer

No retainer, no setup fee, no monthly platform charge. If nobody signs, you owe nothing. The incentive is on us to actually close the role.

03

Our pool, your network, the open web

Every channel runs in parallel — our pre-screened bench, the silver medalists sitting in your ATS, and the 99% of the market that never applies — merged into one ranked list.

Common
questions

What does it cost?

10% of first-year base salary, invoiced when the candidate signs. No retainer, no sourcing fees, no charge for roles we do not fill. There is a 90-day replacement guarantee if a hire does not work out.

How is this different from a traditional agency?

Same deliverable — a shortlist of people who will take your call — at roughly half the fee and a fraction of the turnaround. The search runs continuously instead of in bursts, so coverage does not depend on how busy one recruiter happens to be that week.

Where do the candidates come from?

Three places at once: our pre-screened pool, your own ATS and network (we will re-engage past applicants with your permission), and the open web. Everything lands in one ranked list with the reasoning attached.

Which roles do you work on?

Engineering, product, design, data, and go-to-market, from senior individual contributor through executive. We are strongest on technical roles where the bar is specific and hard to write down.

How fast is the first shortlist?

Usually within a week of the intake call. You get candidate write-ups explaining why each person fits, not just a stack of resumes.

Is a human involved?

Yes. The search, ranking, and drafting are automated; a recruiter reviews every shortlist before it reaches you and runs the candidate conversations.
